Silver Ink drawings formed the bulk of my pre-MFA works.
Labelled as elaborate“doodles” by some reviewers, I considered them now more like meditative and improvisation works that mirror my inner music. The newest drawings are expanding and occupying the whole space, yearning to move outside the confines of the rectangle.
The canvas banners series “Equinox” are a recent development on the paper works.
I began working on Equinox 1 on September 23, 2023, hence the title, but the paintings/drawings are still about balance.
